Licensintorg is the Russian participant of a Russian-French working group for industrial cooperation and of a subgroup concerning security and legal use of industrial property. It is a member of a joined Russian-French Committee for scientific and technological cooperation. Licensintorg was the first to begin long-term production cooperation with companies of industrially developed countries. Close interaction and reliable partnership lead to establishment of cooperated productions – quite different at that time relationship between partners unlike simple sale and mastery of purchased technology.

The most striking example was the production (organized by Licensintorg in cooperation with the German company "Stetter") of truck-mounted concrete pumps. Agreements of cooperation with domestic plants lead to production of newest types of truck-mounted concrete pumps. During commissioning it was decided to start a joint production and sale of truck-mounted concrete pumps. Annual turnover of mutual supplies between countries exceeded 20 millions DM. During that years a joint Soviet-German produce of Pushkino, Riga, Zuevsk and Kamensk mechanical plants got to know consumers in more than 100 countries - USA, Canada, countries of Latin America and South-East Asia.

Innovation Business and Projects Management

Licensintorg is one of the main incorporators of "Russian Innovation Consortium". The Consortium accomplishes realisation of relatively small and quickly recompensed innovation projects with participation of private investors. Inclusively, perspective innovation projects are searched; also an evaluation of business is done, as well as feasibility studies, and drawing up of business-plans, and a search for financing.
