Equipment and technology for drying vegetable, animal and fish foodstuff  “TWIN CПП-0,3” and “TWIN СПП-0,5”

The partner of FGUP Licensintorg – ZAO “Twin Trading Company” developed and offers to potential buyers a unique industrial equipment for drying vegetable, animal and fish foodstuff- “TWIN СПП-0,3” and “TWIN СПП-0,5” machines using a principally new vacuum technologies developed by ZAO “Twin Trading Company”, Moscow, Russia. Natural or liquefied gas and  liquid fuel  are used as sources to provide heat energy  for the operation of the equipment.

The drying and transportation vacuum technologies, developed by ZAO “TWIN TRADING” company and realized in “TWIN СПП-0,3” and “TWIN СПП-0,5”  can reliably guarantee the following:

• High productivity of  drying procedure for vegetable, animal and fish foodstuff exceeding by 5-6 times the characteristics of analogous equipment currently available in Russian and abroad.
• Substantial decrease (by 5-10 times) of power consumption in comparison with analogous equipment available in Russia and abroad.
• Intensification of  the drying procedure for vegetable, animal and fish foodstuff without overheating of the material to be processed with programmable  thermal control (38-70o C depending upon the material type);
• Full conservation of quality characteristics of vegetable, meat and fish foodstuff (vitamins, protein, amino acids, etc.);
• Increased shelf life of processed products  without  preservatives; (up to 1,5 year in pasteboard and up to 3 years in vacuum packages);
• Non-waste production due to recovery and  condensation of all volatile  components. Each of the components is much in  demand at the market;
• Automated control and monitoring of the process with minimum personnel involvement;
• Meeting all fire  and environment  safety requirements.

Basic technical characteristics  of “TWIN  СПП” equipment

• The guarantee period for “TWIN СПП”  is one year from the moment of putting the equipment into operation, but no more than 2 years from the delivery date (in case of proper storage).
• Service life is no less than 10 years with technical assistance to be rendered by the supplier  and routine maintenance of the basic components.
• The duration of manufacture, assembly as well as start and adjustment work  is equal to 9 – 12 months.
• The equipment will come completed with passport for the machine, maintenance manual and set of spares.
• The supplier will provide training to the Buyer’s technicians on how to operate the equipment. The scope and order of the training will be agreed separately.

Specific provisions, the dates of manufacture, assembly, adjustment and putting the equipment into operation as well as the cost and order of payments will be discussed by the partners and documented in relative paragraphs of the Contract.
