Equipment for transportation of loose materials
The partner of FGUP Licensintorg – ZAO “Twin Trading Company” developed and offers to potential buyers a unique industrial equipment for the transportation of loose materials of various types through small diameter pipelines (20,30,40,50, 76 mm)
The vacuum technologies for the transportation of bulk materials, developed by ZAO “TWIN TRADING” company can allow to potential buyers to solve the problem of transportation of various types of conventionally called “loose” materials through small diameter pipelines along any kind of trajectories. Those materials are:
- Cellulose fibers, chips, peat, synthetic materials;
- Fertilizer’s granules, sawdust, poultry farms waste, dung;
- Grains, various powders, sand, cement, etc.;
- Crushed stone, gravel, candies, etc.
The vacuum equipment for the transportation of loose materials through small diameter pipelines - TWIN BT20, TWIN BT 30, TWIN BT-40, TWIN BT-50, TWEIN BT-76. The technical characteristics of the equipment with regard to the type of the material to be transported are mentioned below. This equipment operates on the basis of principally new technologies, developed by ZAO TWIN, has substantial advantages over traditionally used transportation systems and can reliably ensure the following:
- More flexible transportation approaches and saving of production areas;
- Higher level of pipelines infill (when using pneumatic transportation it is equal to 0,3-0,5, when using traditional vacuum transport it is equal to 0,5-0,7). When using ZAO TWIN technology the parameter amounts to 0,9 and more;
- Higher productivity;
- Lower air consumption;
- No dust and accordingly ecological safety;
- Automated control and monitoring with minimum personnel involvement;
- Meeting all fire and environment safety requirements.
There is something else that substantially distinguishes “TWIN BT” equipment from currently used transportation systems. This is the possibility during the transportation process to perform such technological operations as drying, moistening, impregnation, etc. (applicable auxiliary devices can be supplied as an option).

- Guarantee period of TWIN BT equipment is 1 year from the moment of putting the equipment into operation, but no more than 2 years from the delivery date (in case of proper storage).
- Service life is no less than 10 years with technical assistance to be rendered by the supplier and routine maintenance of the basic components.
- The duration of manufacture, assembly as well as start and adjustment work is equal to 9 – 12 months.
- The equipment will come completed with passport for the machine, maintenance manual and set of spares.
- The supplier will provide training to the Buyer’s technicians on how to operate the equipment. The scope and order of the training will be agreed separately.
- Specific provisions, the dates of manufacture, assembly, adjustment and putting the equipment into operation as well as the cost and order of payments will be discussed by the partners and documented in relative paragraphs of the Contract.
