The partner of FGUP Licensintorg – ZAO “Twin Trading Company” developed and offers to potential buyers a unique industrial equipment for sewage sediments utilization: “TWIN CĎÂ-1”,”TWIN ŃĎÂ-5”, “TWIN ŃĎÂ-10”machines, using a principally new vacuum technologies developed by ZAO “Twin Trading Company”, Moscow, Russia. Natural or liquefied gas and liquid fuel are the sources of heat energy to provide the operation of the above equipment.
The vacuum technologies of sewage sediments utilization, developed by ZAO “TWIN TRADING” company and realized in “TWIN CĎÂ-1”,”TWIN ŃĎÂ-5”, “TWIN ŃĎÂ-10”machines can be used not only for producing from sewage clear water and entirely decontaminated soil to be used in towns, in farms, etc., but also well-balanced, granulated organomineral fertilizers.
The vacuum technologies developed by ZAO TWIN have some advantages over traditionally technologies used for sewage purification and sediments utilization: they allow to convert ecologically and biologically hazardous sediments to environment friendly and highly profitable goods and to reliably guarantee the following:
- Full utilization of sewage sediments without waste products to be buried.
- High productivity of the equipment operation in cold seasons;
- High level of decontamination and neutralization sewage sediments without using additional microbiological aids;
- The possibility for the purified water to be recycled in water supply systems and in any kind of reservoirs including those used for fish-breeding;
- High efficiency of the process exceeding conventionally used equipment by 5-6 times;
- Production of goods (organomineral fertilizers) meeting all agricultural and sanitary requirements;
- Capability of drying the produced organomineral fertilizers down to 6% humidity;
- Automated control and monitoring of the process with minimum personnel involvement;

The ultimate humidity of the produced fertilizers is programmable and can reach 6%, 15% and 20%. Fertilizers with 10% humidity have a prolonged effect on soil (for more than 1 year).
- The guarantee period for “TWIN ĎŃ” is one year from the moment of putting the equipment into operation, but no more than 2 years from the delivery date (in case of proper storage).
- Service life is no less than 10 years with technical assistance to be rendered by the supplier and routine maintenance of the basic components.
- The duration of manufacture, assembly as well as start and adjustment work is equal to 9 – 12 months.
- The equipment will come completed with passport for the machine, maintenance manual and set of spares.
- The supplier will provide training to the Buyer’s technicians on how to operate the equipment. The scope and order of the training will be agreed separately.
- Specific provisions, the dates of manufacture, assembly, adjustment and putting the equipment into operation as well as the cost and order of payments will be discussed by the partners and documented in relative paragraphs of the Contract.
