The monolayers, multilayers, nanolayers, nanocomposites, nanogradients coatings
The coatings can be as monolayers, multilayers, nanolayers, nanocomposites, nanogradients and as combinations of these coatings.
TiN
This type of coating is an extremely hard ceramic material, often used as a coating on titanium alloy, steel, carbide, and aluminium components to improve the substrate's surface properties and it is used for:
- cutting
- forming
- injection molding
- tribological applications

TiAlN/ AlTiN
The properties of the TiAlN coating make it suitable for high temperature cutting operations with minimum use of lubricant or dry machining. TiAlN is used successfully to machine titanium, aluminium and nickel alloys, stainless steels, alloy steels, Co-Cr-Mo and cast irons. TiAlN is also used to protect dies and moulds that are required to operate at high temperatures such as those in medium and hot forging and extrusion industries.

Nanocomposite coating
This type of coating based on (nc-AlTiN)/(a-Si3N4) is used for:
- high performance and for normal machining conditions
- decorations with blue top layer
- high heat resistance, nanohardness

Wear-proof, antifriction, chemical resistant
for high speed steel, tungsten carbides and cermets
with the coating processes at temperature 350 – 550°C:
